Tell me about your vision—location ideas, timing, or the feeling you want to capture. I’ll reply within 24–48 hours, and we’ll decide if a quick call or an email thread is best to make the plan begin.

Booking
Once you’re ready, I’ll send a short questionnaire to learn your family and prepare the session. I’ll also send a simple contract and invoice to reserve your date—easy to complete online so your spot is officially held.

Planning
I manage the details: location scouting, gentle styling guidance, and sourcing simple props or picnic elements when needed. I’ll coordinate assistants, timing, and any permits so the day feels effortless and thoughtfully arranged.

Session Day
Arrive, breathe, and be together—no posing pressure. My team and I guide playful moments, handle logistics, and make small adjustments quietly so you can relax while I photograph candid light, movement, and real connection.

Delivery
Within 1–2 weeks you’ll receive a private online gallery to view, download, and share. If you ordered prints or an album, those arrive in the weeks after—additional heirloom options are available anytime if you’d like to add them.

Wondering about something?
How long is a session?
We will take photos together for about an hour. But your little ones will let me know when they’re feeling done, and I’ll be attuned to that. Every family is different, and I pay close attention to how kiddos are doing, when they’ve had enough. We can go a bit shorter or longer, depending on how our session is going.
Do you help with outfits?
Yes, absolutely. I love styling outfits, and am happy to offer ideas! I will suggest colors, fabrics, and styles that will photograph well, look great, and be comfortable. We can chat and share inspo pics to plan clothes. I often have moms send me photos of their outfit ideas spread out on the bed - I love that!
Can I just get digital photos or do I need to order prints or albums?
Yes! You can get just digital photos if you’d like. The fee includes a private online gallery of photos individually edited by me. Your gallery offers an easy way of ordering prints if you choose. I also create high-quality hardcover albums for clients who want to add that to their fee.
How many photos do I receive?
Your private, online gallery of photos will contain a large number of photos (generally 50+) and they are all yours to download, share and print.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Reach out anytime! I will try to accommodate your needs. In general, several weeks lead time is helpful for scheduling, especially for fall outdoor sessions.
